Cancellation Policy and Fees
30 days or less prior to arrival date: 25% of nights canceled
Early Check-In: $250 fee will be charged / must be requested more than 30 days prior to arrival
Late Check-Out: $250 fee will be charged
Damage Policy: any damage to the cabin or its contents will be charged to your member account
- Pets are not permitted in Iron Horse rental cabins.
- All guests must be accompanied by an Iron Horse member to use the Club.
