For members without a permanent home in Whitefish or for guests of members visiting the Flathead Valley, Iron Horse Golf Club offers several member cabins for rent throughout the year.  The ability to vacation “on property” benefits members by providing close proximity to the clubhouse, golf course, and all the amenities Iron Horse has to offer.

Each cabin rental includes daily housekeeping service and is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.  Member rental cabins range from three to five bedrooms, accommodating small and large parties alike.  Each cabin has been decorated with a charming, uniquely Montana style, helping make every stay unforgettable.

Each rental cabin at Iron Horse is properly cleaned and sanitized in compliance with Flathead County Health Department guidelines. 

Regular Season Dates:
January 6 – June 15
September 16 – December 15

Peak Season Dates:
June 16 – September 15
December 16 – January 5

Summer Cabin Reservations
February 1, 2024: Open for members*
March 1, 2024: Open for guests

*all requests must be submitted via email (kduff@ironhorsemt.com)
*no requests will be accepted prior to 9am MST on February 1

Cancellation Policy and Fees
30 days or less prior to arrival date:  25% of nights canceled
Early Check-In: $250 fee will be charged / must be requested more than 30 days prior to arrival
Late Check-Out: $250 fee will be charged
Damage Policy: any damage to the cabin or its contents will be charged to your member account
