Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Sets up side station and performs assigned side work
  2. Provides immediate attention to all members/guests upon seating
  3. Answers questions and-suggests menu items
  4. Takes members’/guests’ orders
  5. Places alcoholic beverage orders with the bar and serves accordingly
  6. Provides wine service for each table according to the wine selection ordered
  7. Places orders with kitchen; informs cooks about any special cooking instructions
  8. Assembles food on tray; procures items from each station as necessary
  9. Serves meal; places dishes by courses in front of each person
  10. Checks back to ensure member/guest satisfaction; replenishes water and other beverages as necessary
  11. Removes soiled dishes
  12. Suggests and serves dessert, coffee, and after dinner drinks
  13. Verifies accuracy of prices, state and federal taxes, service fees and other charges on all guest checks
  14. Presents the guest check – when required
  15. Handles all credit card charges as prescribed by standard operating procedures
  16. Keeps tables, dining room and bus station areas clean
  17. Advises supervisor of any complaints as soon as they occur
  18. Performs clean-up and closing duties as assigned by manager
  19. Attends pre-meal meetings as requested by the Dining Room Supervisor or Dining Room Manager
  20. Assists with set-up, service and breakdown for special club buffets, tournaments, activities, etc.
  21. Assist with other tasks and duties as assigned by supervisor.

Physical Requirements

While working the employee must twist, stoop/bend, squat, kneel, climb stairs, walk indoors and out, reach above shoulder height, reach at shoulder height, and reach below shoulder height.  The employee must also be able to lift and carry 10 to 50 lbs regularly and over 50 lbs occasionally.  This includes carrying ice buckets (approx. 25 lbs), cases of various beverages (15+ lbs), and assisting other F&B staff with table / chairs.  Pushing or pulling is done on a regular basis.

Job Summary

Attendants are to ensure the highest level of personal service is provided to the members/guests of Iron Horse Golf Club in a gracious and professional manner. Includes set up, service and breakdown of bar, breakfast/lunch/coffee service, washroom, sauna area, fitness room and locker room while maintaining the highest standard of presentation and cleanliness.

Qualifications

Previous guest service experience required
Familiarity with computer operations (POS)
Prefer 18 yrs of age to facilitate alcoholic beverage service
Previous bartending and food handling/service experience preferred
Pass a background check (post offer, pre-hire)

First Aid/CPR/AED certification
TIPS certification required within 3 months

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Complete locker room and fitness area opening set-up checklist
  2. Restock supplies in fitness area, wet area and lounge room as needed.
  3. Assist with maintaining schedule for all massages.
  4. Ensure safety and security of all members’ and guests’ and their personal property.
  5. Maintain inventory for all supplies.
  6. Perform personal services for member/guest golf and dress shoes.
  7. Assist with dry cleaning and laundry services for members.
  8. Provide lockers, towels, robes, etc., to members and guests as needed.
  9. Prepare and serve food and drink from menu items.
  10. Send food and drink out to golf course as requested.
  11. Keep men’s locker room and fitness center neat and clean including bar and refrigerator, coffee service, tables, chairs, serving tables, carpets and fitness equipment.
  12. Wash all dishes and bar ware as necessary.
  13. Breakdown breakfast service and set-up lunch service at scheduled time.
  14. Empty trash as necessary
  15. Record all sales for food, beverages, personnel trainers, massages, etc., in the Jonas POS system.
  16. Continuously straighten, pickup, and restock washroom and fitness area.
  17. Check steam room and hot tub for proper operation as scheduled.
  18. Take and deliver phone messages, facsimiles, and mail for members and guests.
  19. Transport used towels upstairs to laundry pick-up area and restock towels as necessary.
  20. Fold wash cloths as needed.
  21. Answer incoming calls and questions regarding all aspects of the Iron Horse Club and facilities.
  22. Complete closing locker room and fitness area closing check list at end of day
  23. Complete other duties and tasks as assigned by management.
  24. Contact facility maintenance for mechanical or repair problems.
  25. Contact appropriate management team member(s) in case of emergency.

Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Spread hospitality, happiness, goodwill, and customer service to all Iron Horse members and their guest.
  2. Staging of golf carts daily.
  3. Daily set up of the Practice Facility.
  4. Maintain a safe and clean cart barn.
  5. Daily up keep of the bag storage.
  6. Informs the golf staff when supplies need to be ordered.
  7. Assist with receiving, storing and stocking supplies as necessary.
  8. Responsible for the Valet Service for club membership and guests.
  9. Operates golf carts and equipment in a safe and professional manner.
  10. Responsible for towel laundry on a daily basis.
  11. Maintain neat and clean work clothes when on property.
  12. Assist with pace of play.
  13. Assist with tournament set-up
  14. Performs additional tasks as assigned.
  15. Represent Iron Horse Golf Club on and off property in a positive manner.

Job Summary

Display, stock and sell merchandise in the golf shop.

Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year previous customer service experience.
Proficiency in cash register operations is preferred.

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Report for scheduled shift as assigned.
  2. Spread hospitality, happiness, goodwill, and customer service to all Iron Horse members and their guests.
  3. Assist in answering incoming calls into the retail shop; deliver all messages appropriately.
  4. Keep Director of Golf informed of changes to member play.
  5. Assist members by providing the policies, rules and regulations that pertain to golf at Iron Horse.
  6. Arrange and display Retail merchandise.
  7. Assist with monthly inventory.
  8. Assist with tagging of merchandise
  9. Assist with receiving of merchandise.
  10. Knowledge of pricing policies.
  11. Be aware of all Iron Horse Club activities and departmental events
  12. Assist with special orders for members and guests.
  13. Expert knowledge of soft good merchandise in the retail shop.
  14. Assist with packing and unpacking inventory.
  15. Perform additional tasks as assigned.
