Job Summary
Wash and properly store all cooking utensils, china equipment, flatware and glassware.
Perform general kitchen cleaning as directed. Assists with basic food preparation as directed.
Empty trash receptacles as needed.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Washes all wares in dishwashing machine or by hand according to the highest sanitation standards
- Polishes all silverware, platters and chafing dishes
- Collects trash from kitchen areas; empties garbage cans and washes and re-lines with new bags. Breaks down boxes, crates and removes debris
- Examines garbage for misplaced silverware, dishes, glassware and other reusable items
- Washes and polishes all stainless steel in the kitchen including shelves, dish cabinets, ice machines, coffee area, refrigerators, walk-ins, etc.
- Washes and cleans receiving, trash and other kitchen-related areas
- Sweeps and mops kitchen floors
- Stores all dishes and other wares in proper areas
- Cleans dish machine and dish area after each meal period
- Performs other tasks such as assigned such as food preparation, storing foods after delivery and cleaning coolers, freezers and storerooms
- Maintains inventories of soap, chemicals and paper towels
- Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
- Handles all china and glassware carefully to minimize breakage
- Continuously inspects floors in kitchen areas to assure they remain clean, clear of debris and dry
- Assists in completing weekly kitchen cleaning and maintenance list
- Cleans and safely stores all brooms, mops, and other cleaning equipment in their proper places
Physical Requirements
While working the employee must twist, stoop/bend, squat, kneel, crawl, climb stairs and ladders, walk indoors and out, work at heights, lift 50+ lbs, carry 50+ lbs, reach over shoulder height, reach at shoulder height, and reach below shoulder height.

Job Summary
Prepare menu items and food products in accordance with recipes and procedures.
Prepare line according to par sheets or instructions from supervising chef.
Cook products assigned to his/her station. Clean-up work-station and kitchen as per procedures

Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years line cook experience in a full-service restaurant
Licenses/Certifications
Possess a valid driver’s license (if utilizing company vehicles)

Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepares meats and seafood for line and special functions
- Prepares all food items related to grill and fry stations
- Ensures that all food products are used on a timely basis
- Acts as supervisor of kitchen personnel in absence of supervising chef
- Prepares food in accordance with established recipes
- Sets up, maintains, breaks down and cleans broiler, grill and fry work stations
- Serves items in accordance with established portion and presentation standards
- Notifies supervising chef in advance of expected shortages
- Ensures that assigned work station and equipment are clean and sanitary
- Maintains security and safety in work areas
- Maintains neat professional appearance and observes personal cleanliness rules
- Requisitions supplies needed to produce items on menu
- Adheres to state and local health and safety regulations
- Covers, dates and properly stores all leftover products that are re-usable
- Assists with other duties as assigned by the Sous Chef

Position: Golf Course Groundskeeper (seasonal)

Reports to: Golf Course Superintendent, Assistant GC Superintendent

Job Summary
Groundskeepers, under the supervision of management staff perform routine manual labor involved in golf course maintenance. This includes, but is not restricted to semi-skilled grounds construction and maintenance work; operate small hand-powered equipment; and intermittently perform work involving large equipment such as tractors, loaders and riding mowers.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Operates walk mowers, hover mowers, riding mowers and reciprocating trimmers on golf course property
- Rakes and maintains sand bunkers
- Performs various cultural practices required for the maintenance of turf; operates sod cutter and various other equipment as directed
- It may be necessary to operate the backhoe/loader and utility tractors with the associated implements
- It may be necessary to operate a chainsaw and pole pruner in a safe manner
- Maintains fuel levels daily and checks fluid levels for all types equipment on a daily basis
- Cleans equipment daily and reports equipment problems or failure to the Equipment Manager immediately
- Return all equipment to the designated location at the maintenance facility
- Sets tee markers and cups on greens daily; maintains ball washers; replaces tee towels and flags as needed
- Water and fertilizes tees, greens and other turf areas under supervision of management staff
- Routinely directs golf cart traffic with use of various golf course signage
- Helps in project work; assists in the construction of new greens, tees and fairways; grades and prepares soil base; lays sod and seeds tees, greens and fairways
- Installs forms and lays walks and paths using flagstone, gravel and asphalt
- Excavate and backfills ditches and trenches with hand tools
- Assists in the repairs on irrigation systems
- Pickup trash and debris on golf course and in the maintenance facility
- Performs other duties as directed by his/her supervisor
Physical Requirements
While working, the employee must be able to twist, stoop/bend, squat, kneel, climb stairs and ladders, walk indoors and out, work at heights, reach above shoulder, reach at shoulder, and reach below shoulder. The employee must be able to lift and carry 50+ lbs regularly/ repeatedly and push/pull 200+ lbs occasionally with the assistance of others. Must be able to walk at a steady pace for up to 30 minutes at a time.
Employee Time Spent:
Standing – 20 Sitting – 50% Walking – 30%
Indoors – 5% Outdoors – 95% (for extended periods of time, in varying climatic conditions)
