Reminders

  • Unaccompanied Guests are not permitted at the Club, including the pool and marina. Members must be present while hosting guests at the Club.
  • At least one Primary Member and/or spouse must be in each 4/5 ball (golf group) before 12pm all season.
  • Photo reminder: please log in to your website account to upload your photo into the Member Directory! (Click here to log in)
  • Drive safely! As a reminder, please be mindful of traffic on Iron Horse Drive, especially during our busy season. The cart crossing near the security station deserves extra attention and caution.
  • Help us keep the front of the Clubhouse sidewalk clear for drop-offs, deliveries, and pedestrians. Please self park in the lots or use valet.
  • Cash tipping is not permitted at any Club facility, including valet services, with the exception of caddie, marina, and airport shuttle services. The Staff Holiday Fund has been established to provide a means of saying “thank you” to the staff of Iron Horse at the end of each year. A reminder will be sent to the membership in November so that those who would like to contribute may do so.
  • Privately owned golf carts and Finn scooters must be registered and pay a registration trail fee to operate on the golf course. The only scooter that may be operated on the golf course is a Finn-brand scooter. The maximum speed of operation of a Finn scooter is 15 mph. You must be at least 25 years of age to operate a Finn scooter.
