This Membership Survey is your opportunity to provide input regarding the development of a plan for the future of our Club, specifically addressing “facility” needs and concepts.

We would like to receive input from both adults in Member households (where applicable), and thus each adult will receive either an electronic version or hard copy of the survey. The surveys are identical, and only separated to allow for monitoring of response rates.

Prior to completing your survey, please review the Accompanying Plans Booklet (link below). To access your survey, click on the appropriate link below and submit your survey directly to the McMahon Group no later than November 30, 2016. Please be assured that your individual responses will be confidential, and the McMahon Group will only share aggregate survey results with the Club.
