Iron Horse has teamed up with Studio 48 Pilates to bring you fitness classes at Fish Camp Lodge!
Classes will be offered June 11 – August 20, 2018.

Classes will begin at 10am*
Mondays: TRX Circuit
Tuesdays: Barre + Yoga
Wednesdays: TRX for Golf Conditioning
Thursdays: Foundation Training for Golf
Fridays: TRX Circuit

1 class: $18
5 classes: $80
10 classes: $150

This summer, class packages can be used at both Fish Camp and Studio 48 Pilates for any group fitness class.

We have added a new program to the schedule this summer called Foundation Training for Golf. No matter your age or fitness level, Foundation Training puts you on the path to health, wellness, and vitality. By teaching you the three basic concepts of Decompression, Integration, and Hinging, this class will give you the proper body mechanics you need to improve your golf game.

The Foundation Training class is only 40 minutes. Once a month we will offer a two-hour Intro to Foundation Training Workshop. We highly recommend you take the workshop to get the most out of your workout. Upcoming Workshop dates at Studio 48 Pilates & Fitness are May 13, June 18, July 8, August 5 from 10am-12pm.
