Course Update 3/10/2021

Unseasonably warm weather of late makes it feel like Spring is just around the corner. We have blown the snow off of greens, revealing minimal ice, all of which has melted away by now. The balance of the golf course has between 6” and 18” of snow remaining. From what has been revealed so far, the turf looks healthy and happy. We have a very positive outlook on greens with the hope that the weather continues to favor us.

Projects this Spring include paving some more cartpath, finishing sod on the first half of 8 fairway, installing drainage at the beginning of 5 fairway and possibly installing some sod on 1 fairway in the wear area near the fairway bunker.
